Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items back into their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
